Description
The braced frame comprises 45×45 angle legs welded together at a 90 degree corner with pre drilled holes along each flange at nominal 50 mm spacing for easy board fixing. A brace is welded into the frame to maintain its shape and to transfer applied loading from wet concrete. In conjunction with a timber outrigger and angle pegs, the Patented process is the only reliable Drop edge forming system in the market.
While the frame is sold separately and can be used in many other applications it has been specifically designed for forming drop edge beams with rebate widths from 0 mm to 300 mm and every measurement in between.
By simply pre fixing the frame to the top of the timber outrigger using tek screw to the rebate width, setting the outrigger to level and installing our Angle peg braces to our specification a 900 mm external and internal drop edge can be methodically and reliably formed every time.
